Install LM Studio on Windows

1. Download the installer from https://lmstudio.ai
2. Run the setup and complete installation
3. Open LM Studio and go to the Discover tab
4. Search for a model (e.g. Llama 3.2) and click Download
5. Go to the Chat tab, select the model, and start chatting
6. Optional: enable the local server under Developer for API access
