Gemini API free tier via Google AI Studio, no card required. For new projects use gemini-3.8-flash or the cheaper gemini-3.5-flash-lite — Gemini 2.5 Flash is limited to projects that already used it. Google stopped publishing fixed free RPM and daily numbers; the real caps for your project are on the AI Studio usage page.
